Powdered flavors are used in a range of products from powdered soup and instant noodles to snacks. Powdered flavors are low in moisture and thus enhance stability and shelf life.
Dry ground powder
Dried and pulverized ingredients produced in a simple process that softens the fibrous texture of the materials. Key lineup: onions, garlic, spring onions, and dashi powder (bonito, sardine).

Powders and Extract powders
